Shipping policy

For items purchased at we offer deliveries to all Mexico, as well as to the United States and Europe. During the purchase process, before making the payment, you will be informed about the shipping cost, either free of charge or the additional amount, depending on the place of delivery, the type of product purchased, its dimensions, value and weight.

Sending ZⓈONAMACO accessories and catalogs within Mexico is offered free of charge; as well as Mexico City delivery for selected products of ZONAMACO DISEÑO and EMERGENTE.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming the status of your order. The delivery time starts from the moment of such confirmation, in which we will provide you with your guide number so that you can track your order on the FedEx website, in case it is a shipment outside of Mexico City.

Deliveries are made within 2 to 10 business days, and may be modified for reasons of logistics and force majeure, in which case ZONAMACO will notify you, however you will be exempt from any liability at all times.

The shipping rate may increase and will be determined in each particular case depending on the destination, the number of items purchased, value, weight and volume.

By virtue of shipping through a third party, the delivery policies extend to those of the logistics company FedEx that can be consulted on its website.

If the order is not received at the indicated address after two visits, you will be contacted by phone and email; If you do not respond after these attempts, the order will be returned to our offices, where it must be collected after coordination with ZONAMACO.

You can also pick up your order directly at our offices. In this case, we ask you to contact us to coordinate the delivery.

Some ZONAMACO DISEÑO and EMERGENTE productos do not have rates for international shipments. Shipping can be arranged independently; contact for carrier recommendations.

For products that do have an international shipping rate with FedEx, please consider the possibility of import requirements for certain materials, as well as additional charges for taxes or customs duties at the time of arrival of the item in the destination country, which must be paid by the buyer and of which ZONAMACO is not responsible

For online purchases, it is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been placed, except for shipments within Mexico City, which must be notified within two (2) days after the order is generated.
